FINAL CLEANING: per apartment € 70,00. Kitchen area must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise, a supplement fee of €. 50,00 will be charged.
TOURIST TAX: mandatory for the Municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura, the amount changes depending on the period
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable a the end of the stay, providing no damage has occurred.
