The price includes electricity, water, gas, bed linens and bath towels (bed linens and bath towels are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).
FINAL CLEANING: € 70,00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Santa Teresa Gallura in cash, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
